File menu

Button “New” allow to create a new table from scartch and require to insert the “Table name ” and the number of columns of the new spreadsheet.It is alwais possible to add a new column and rows in secon time from  “table” menu “add”-> “rows” or “add” -> “column”.

In this example we have created a new table with 5 rows that will appear like the next image

Button “Load CSV” enables you to upload a CSV file, which is then displayed in the table beneath the menu and saved in your files within the user menu. The uploaded file can be accessed later via the “Open” button or by clicking the icon with two arrows.

The “Open” button lets you access and open files that were previously created or uploaded. The list will show the file name, along with the number of records, cells, and rows, and includes an “X” button to delete the file. Available files can also be accessed by clicking the icon with two arrows. Opening a file will load its full prompt structure along with any generations it contains. Additionally, you can manage your files from the “My Files” section in the user menu, where you can edit names, open files, and delete them by clicking the three icons on the right.

The “Save” button allows you to export your current table as a CSV file. This CSV file will be saved to your device, enabling you to edit it using software like Excel or Numbers. You can also import it into databases or other platforms and software that support CSV format file imports.
