Typography designed for the build plate
This custom desk sign transforms the 42rows.com domain into a physical, freestanding 3D object. The bold typography sits on a solid base, perfectly leveled for the build plate.
No self-intersecting letters here. Automated mesh repair guarantees a watertight, manifold STL ready for immediate slicing without geometry errors.
Hollowing and mesh specifications
Generated via Hunyuan3D 2.1, the triangulated mesh is highly optimized. To save expensive material on MSLA printers, the pipeline applies automatic hollowing to achieve a 1.5–2.0 mm wall thickness.
Vital 2.5 mm drainage holes are positioned at the lowest points. This eliminates resin trapping and prevents suction cup failures during the peel cycle.
Slicing guidelines and orientation
Ideal for startup desks or promotional giveaways. For resin, slice at a 0.05 mm layer height and tilt the orientation backward to hide support marks. Auto-generated supports handle any overhang exceeding 45°.
If printing via FDM, use a 0.2 mm layer height with 15% infill. The lettering geometry is designed to ensure clean bridging across horizontal gaps.
