42ROWS provides an AI-powered platform for data enrichment, content generation, and spreadsheet automation. The Service includes:

  • Data extraction and enrichment tools
  • AI-powered content generation
  • Bulk data processing capabilities
  • API access (on applicable plans)
  • Web scraping functionality

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your password and account
  • Promptly update your account information
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Transmit malware or harmful code
  • Engage in unauthorized data scraping
  • Harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access
  • Interfere with the Service's operation
  • Create fake or misleading content

5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1 Our Property

The Service and its original content (excluding user content), features, and functionality are owned by 42ROWS Srl and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

5.2 Your Content

You retain all rights to your data and content. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

5.3 AI-Generated Content

Content generated using our AI tools is provided "as is". You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before use. You assume full responsibility for any use of AI-generated content.

6. Payment Terms

6.1 Subscription Plans

  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled
  • Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
  • All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes

6.2 Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. Refunds are not available for:

  • Renewal payments
  • Accounts terminated for Terms violation
  • Partially used billing periods

7. API Usage

If your plan includes API access:

  • You must not exceed rate limits
  • API keys must be kept secure
  • Commercial redistribution is prohibited
  • We may throttle or suspend access for abuse

8. Data Security and Privacy

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.

9. Service Level Agreement

  • We strive for 99.9% uptime (excluding scheduled maintenance)
  • Scheduled maintenance will be notified in advance
  • No SLA credits for free tier users
  • Enterprise customers may negotiate custom SLAs

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, 42ROWS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 42ROWS Srl, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for:

  • Breach of these Terms
  • Non-payment of fees
  • Illegal or harmful activities
  • Request by law enforcement

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Rome, Italy.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 42ROWS regarding the use of the Service, superseding any prior agreements.
